Standard Screen Printing

At Spreading Ink a 'standard' screen print is anything but standard! Actually standard screen printing only refers to the print size - all of our prints are exceptional!

Standard screen prints are prints with a size up to 16 inches wide x 18 inches tall the largest majority of prints actually fall in the standard size range and are available in up to 14 colors on dark garments and 15 - 16 colors on lighter colored fabrics. While standard size prints are smaller than jumbo prints standard sized prints are more appropriate for many garments as a jumbo print won't fit properly on smaller garments. In fact you can get a "jumbo" look on kids, juvy and most women's prints simply by using a large sized standard print - a true jumbo print will not fit on these garments, but the smaller garment will allow for a similar look in relative dimensions with a large standard sized print.

At Spreading Ink minimums for standard printing start as low as 36 pcs per design and full production capacity gives us the ability to produce 20 - 25,000 garments daily at this print size.

We offer many of the same specialities on standard prints that are offered on our larger format prints. We offer waterbase, discharge, or our CPSIA compliant plastisol inks and we'll be glad to work with you to suggest the best inks for your project. Specialties are also available including: foil applications, puff, gels, high density and other specialty ink applications to help spruce up your design or for a different look or feel to your final print.

Our all over print templates are available which can show you the maximum size of your standard print graphic when laid out on different styles of shirts and give you a feel for the perspective at different prints sizes. Please feel free to browse our standard print gallery to get a feel for what options are available and to see some quality samples of our work. As you will see - a standard print - can be anything but standard!
